The host of our auction was Tim Hayward, food writer, broadcaster and photographer. His features appear in many publications and he's a regular contributor to the Observer Food Monthly 'Word of Mouth' blog as well as appearing on TV and Radio. He is also the proprietor and editor of Fire & Knives, a quarterly magazine of new food writing.
Not only that but ... STEVE GROVES winner of MasterChef The Professionals 2009 and now working alongside Toby Stuart at Roux Parliament Sq., will be leading a brigade of , DHRUV BAKER; Celebrity MasterChef 2010 winner LISA FAULKNER , along with EDD KIMBER, winner of The Great British Bake Off 2010.
